Great house, great location. Loads of space, 8 of us and never on top of each other. Approx 1 hour away from Snowdon, Caernarfon, Aberystwyth. Lots to do nearby. The George III worth a visit too. Portmeirion nice for a visit. Not enough time to do everything, need to come back.

Lovely comfortable house with warm & friendly atmosphere and homely touches. Storm Hannah made an appearance! But the house was a lovely shelter. Thank you.

I would also like to say a big thank you to you and the owners for giving us, and a number of our friends and their young families, a wonderful long weekend at Arthog Hall Farm. We had friends travel from Ireland, Wales and England with young families (and dogs!!) and the house delivered, accommodating us all and our needs.

Our 2nd visit to this lovely house and we have all had a great time again. Weather was a bit mixed, but we have still managed to cram in plenty.
Fairbourne railway/ ferry, black rock sands - Porthmadog, Arthog waterfalls plus lakes and much more.
This is the ideal place for a great family holiday and all being well, we'll be back again next year.

Arthog Hall Farm has been the perfect base camp for our adventures in beautiful Snowdonia. The house has been the wonderful respite after a days hiking in the glorious mountains.
We look forward to visiting this beautiful area again.

Another great week, but this time in the summer and the sun shone!
The house has been welcoming as it was October and it has been lovely to get out into the garden. All of us enjoyed it ranging from an 18 month old to an 80 year old granddad.
Lots of walks, cycling and even swimming in the river. A great house to get together and to find your own space. We even had a 1930s Murder Mystery.
We will certainly be back!

This was a lovely property in a brilliant location. The house was big enough for 6 adults to be comfortable. Hiking and cycling right from the front door, and sea swimming just down the road. We had a wonderful time.

An amazing place in a lovely location, full of character and beautiful views. The house felt very spacious, with lots of rooms, and plenty of communal and private space for everyone. 2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet meant that we had one bathroom per family. Everything we could have possibly needed was there (things like kitchen scales, bottle opener, games, cafetiere, etc) and there were a couple of surprise welcome touches here and there.

This is an excellent property for renting, providing very spacious, welcoming, well decorated, clean, warm and cosy accommodation. We could not find any faults and hope to return. The whole family including two dogs had a great holiday.Mrs Carole Puckey - 1st November 2017
An excellent well equipped house in a great location.

Overall, what we expected which was very good. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the range cooker was more than adequate for catering for a group of 9. We did have a really good stay with the family.

We had an amazing time in the house, plenty of room for all of us.

It was charming and each room had character. The views from the front rooms (up and down) were just the best and all the bedrooms and bathrooms lovely. A fantastic welcome from the hosts and they answered all our questions before hand with no trouble. Having 2 dining tables in separate rooms was really nice and having 2 lounges also a luxury. The larder was very useful for storage and nice and cool. We loved the house and location and will definitely return. Just fantastic. Absolutely recommend.

A beautiful house for two families and very lovely owners who looked after us when we had a couple of 'winter' issues. The house has everything we could have ever wished for and so many lovely touches. It felt like a complete home from home. We have already booked to come back. Thank you for having us.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful farmhouse. We enjoyed having lots of space and seeing the weather changing from the wonderfully large windows! This is a lovely place in autumn, with beautiful sunsets and the log fire. The pool table and swing were a hit with our 6 & 8 year old girls and the recliners were a hit for us as tired parents!

The house is beautiful. We all had a great time. There was enough space for all 12 of us. The wifi was also great, and the games room always had the children busy. A special thanks for the cake and cot. We all would love to visit again and again. Thank you.

Fabulous house. Plenty of space. Housed 7 adults and 2 children with room to spare. Warm and cosy with beautiful views. Great location, close to beaches, mountain walks, steam trains, castles and mines. A great time was had by all. We loved the little touches - homemade cakes, Rayburn to dry the clothes, wifi. Will definitely recommend to others. Many thanks.
